Summary
This study tested whether combining McKenzie exercises with neurodynamic mobilization exercises could help people with cervical radiculopathy (a pinched nerve in the neck). 46 adults aged 35-50 with neck and arm pain participated. The researchers measured pain, neck movement, and daily function before and after 4 weeks of treatment.
