Can therapy rewire relationships after 60? a First-of-its-Kind look
NCT ID NCT07065071
Summary
This study aimed to see if a specific type of talk therapy, called Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), is helpful for people aged 60 and older who have long-term difficulties in their relationships. Researchers worked with a very small group of three participants to gather detailed information through interviews and questionnaires. The goal was to build initial knowledge about whether this therapy, which is already being offered in some UK health services, is effective for this age group.
