Talking therapy may keep psychosis at bay for High-Risk teens

Summary
This study tests whether a type of talk therapy called Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) can help young people (ages 14–30) who are at high risk for psychosis avoid developing the condition. Participants will receive either MBT plus standard care or standard care alone for 24 weeks. Researchers will track who transitions to psychosis and how symptoms change over 48 weeks.
