Summary
This study tested whether adding Matrix Rhythm Therapy (a gentle, rhythmic massage-like treatment) to a home exercise program helps reduce symptoms of Restless Legs Syndrome in adult women. 28 women participated, receiving either the therapy plus exercise or exercise alone for 5 weeks. Researchers measured changes in symptom severity, sleep quality, and mood to see if the therapy offers extra benefits.
