Summary

This study tests a drug called GSK2636771 in 24 adults with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change (PTEN mutation or deletion). The drug blocks a protein that may help these cancer cells grow. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing.
