New hope for transplant patients with Drug-Resistant CMV

Summary
This study tests a drug called maribavir in Chinese adults who have had a stem cell or organ transplant and have a CMV infection that no longer responds to standard treatments. The main goal is to see if maribavir is safe and well-tolerated, and also how well it clears the virus. Participants will take maribavir for 8 weeks and have 18 clinic visits.
