First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a drug called maribavir in Chinese adults who had a stem cell or organ transplant and have a CMV infection that did not get better with standard treatments. The main goal is to see if maribavir is safe and well-tolerated. Researchers will also check if the drug clears the virus and how often the infection comes back. Participants take maribavir for 8 weeks and visit the clinic 18 times.
