Summary

This study tests whether a standardized manual physiotherapy protocol can reduce pain and improve movement in people with tennis elbow. 160 participants will either receive the active treatment or follow a watchful waiting approach. Researchers will measure pain, grip strength, and joint mobility to see if the therapy helps.
