NCT ID NCT07326020

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two types of hands-on therapy for people with flexible flat feet who are physically active. One group gets joint-focused mobilization, another gets soft-tissue release, and a control group gets no treatment. Researchers will measure balance, ankle flexibility, muscle stiffness, and foot temperature to see which approach works best immediately.
