First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This pilot study tests whether manual lymphatic drainage, a gentle massage technique, can help people with migraine. Twenty adults aged 20-55 who have at least 4 migraines per month will receive either the massage or standard care. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and quality of life to see if this drug-free approach offers any benefit.
