Summary
This study is testing whether eating 1.5 cups of fresh mango every day for 12 weeks can help improve health markers in adults with prediabetes. Researchers are measuring changes in blood sugar, cholesterol, inflammation, and body composition. Participants will eat mango daily for one 12-week period and avoid it for another, so results can be compared.
