NCT ID NCT07540013
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at whether coloring mandalas (circular, patterned designs) can help adults with epilepsy feel better day-to-day. Seventy people took part, with half coloring mandalas at home three times a week for two months. The other half did not color. Researchers measured changes in quality of life using a standard epilepsy survey. The goal was to see if this simple, relaxing activity could ease the emotional and social challenges of living with epilepsy.
