Summary

This study looked at whether mandala art therapy (a structured coloring activity) can lower anxiety and increase comfort in people who received a kidney transplant. Eighty adult first-time kidney transplant recipients took part. The goal was to see if this simple, non-drug approach could help them feel better emotionally and physically after surgery.
