Summary

This study tested a new way to manage high blood pressure in people living with HIV. Researchers worked with 30 health clinics in Nigeria to train staff in a task-sharing model, where nurses and community health workers help doctors provide care. The goal was to see if this approach improves blood pressure control in 960 participants.
