New approach aims to better control blood pressure and blood sugar in rural seniors

Summary
This study tests a new way to manage care for older adults (ages 60-74) who have both high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes in rural China. About 960 participants from community health centers will receive either the new integrated care package or standard care. The goal is to see if the new approach helps more people reach healthy blood pressure and blood sugar targets.
