Summary
This study looked at how often people of all ages in Sabou, Burkina Faso, get malaria. Researchers checked 608 healthy volunteers monthly for a year, taking blood samples and asking about symptoms. They also collected mosquitoes from homes and did feeding experiments to understand transmission. The goal was to gather data that could help design future malaria vaccines.
