Summary
This study aims to learn why some pregnant women and young children get malaria while others don't, by tracking up to 15,000 participants in Mali over several years. Researchers will collect blood samples and health data to identify immune and parasite factors linked to infection and disease. The goal is to use these findings to develop better vaccines and treatments for malaria.
