Summary

This study tests whether mailing buprenorphine (a medication for opioid use disorder) to people after they leave the hospital can help them stay in treatment. The goal is to overcome common barriers like transportation and pharmacy access. Twenty adults who started buprenorphine in the hospital will receive their medication by mail and be followed for 6 months to see if they continue treatment.
