Summary
This study tests a program called MAEva, which combines meditation and acceptance techniques, to see if it helps improve quality of life in people treated for non-metastatic breast cancer. About 190 participants will be randomly assigned to either the MAEva program or a discussion group for nine weeks. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, stress, anxiety, and depression before, during, and after the program.
