Summary

This study tested a drug called M701, given directly into the belly, combined with standard cancer therapy, for people with malignant ascites (fluid buildup) from stomach, colon, or ovarian cancer. The goal was to see if M701 could delay the need for fluid drainage and improve survival. 115 participants were enrolled in this Phase 2 trial.
