NCT ID NCT02595931
Summary
This early-stage study aims to find the safest and most effective dose of a new drug, M6620, when given with the chemotherapy drug irinotecan. It is for adults with advanced solid tumors, like certain colorectal, pancreatic, or lung cancers, that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery and have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to understand the side effects and how the body processes the drugs.
