Summary

This study tests whether a krill oil supplement called Lysoveta can improve memory in healthy adults aged 50 to 75 who feel their memory is slipping. Participants take either Lysoveta or a placebo daily for 112 days and complete computer-based memory tests and mood questionnaires. The goal is to see if the supplement helps with remembering recent events, tasks, and locations.
