Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called LY4298445 in healthy volunteers and people with lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. About 63 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and the study lasts up to one year.
