New valve trial offers hope for heart pump patients with leaky valve

Summary
This study tests a new heart valve (JenaValve Trilogy) placed without open-heart surgery in 50 adults who have a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) and a leaky aortic valve. The goal is to see if the valve is safe and works well to improve blood flow and reduce complications. Participants will be followed for 30 days to check for success, stroke, bleeding, and other outcomes.
