This study tests a new radioactive drug (lutetium rhPSMA-10.1) in men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose, and to see if it can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. About 82 men will take part in this early-phase trial across multiple centers.
