New radioactive drug targets Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests a new radioactive drug (177Lu-rhPSMA-10.1) in men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose to shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. About 82 men will take part across multiple centers.
