First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at how well people with lupus take their hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil) medication. Many patients with chronic illnesses do not take their medicine as prescribed, and lupus is no exception. Researchers used a questionnaire to measure compliance and compared it to a blood test to find the best way to identify patients who need extra support.
