Scientists listen to Lungs' secret signals
NCT ID NCT06068647
Summary
This study aims to better understand the signals seen on lung ultrasound scans in people with chronic lung diseases like COPD and interstitial lung disease. Researchers will collect ultrasound images and breathing data from 25 hospitalized and outpatient participants to learn how these signals relate to the actual condition of the lung tissue. The goal is to improve how doctors interpret ultrasound to monitor these diseases, not to test a new treatment.
