Summary
This study will check if a simple lung ultrasound done before, during, and after surgery can predict who will need extra oxygen or develop lung complications. Researchers will follow 97 adults having major non-chest surgery. The goal is to see if the ultrasound score is linked to early oxygen needs and problems like pneumonia or collapsed lungs.
