Summary

This study tests whether a website with educational resources helps people with cystic fibrosis (CF) feel more prepared to discuss lung transplant with their doctors. About 132 adults with CF and low lung function will take part over 6 months. The goal is to reduce the number of people who die without considering transplant, especially among marginalized groups.
