Summary
This study compares two types of breathing muscle training in people who have had a lung transplant. One group does standard constant-resistance exercises, while the other adds short bursts of harder effort. The goal is to see which method better improves breathing strength and daily function over the first six months after transplant. About 42 adults will take part.
