Summary
This study tests whether an automated breathing technique during laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery can prevent lung collapse (atelectasis). About 56 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the special breathing maneuvers or standard ventilation. The goal is to see if this technique reduces lung collapse and related complications after surgery.
