New study tracks lung damage in stem cell survivors

Summary

This study follows 600 adults who have received a stem cell transplant to learn more about a lung condition called bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome. Researchers will track how common this lung problem is and how it develops over time. No new treatments are being tested; the goal is simply to gather information to better understand and manage this complication.
