Summary
This study tests a technique called in vivo lung perfusion (IVLP), where chemotherapy is delivered directly into one lung during surgery to remove lung tumors. The goal is to kill any remaining cancer cells while reducing side effects on the rest of the body. About 10 adults with colorectal cancer that has spread to both lungs will take part. The main focus is on safety and finding the best dose.
