New combo attack on tough lung cancers

Summary

This study is testing a combination of two drugs, trametinib and pembrolizumab, for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has come back or spread after previous treatments. The goal is to see if the drugs work better together to control the cancer and to find the safest dose. It is for patients whose cancer has stopped responding to standard immunotherapy.
