This study tests whether adding certolizumab (an anti-inflammatory drug) to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy helps shrink stage II-III lung cancer more effectively before surgery. About 60 adults with operable lung cancer will receive the combination, then have their tumor tissue examined. The goal is to see if the added drug leads to fewer cancer cells remaining after treatment.
