Could an arthritis drug boost chemo for lung cancer?

Summary
This study tests whether adding certolizumab (an anti-inflammatory drug) to standard chemotherapy before surgery can shrink stage II-III lung cancers more than chemo alone. About 60 adults with operable lung cancer will receive the combination, then have surgery to remove any remaining tumor. The goal is to see if the added drug reduces inflammation and improves treatment response.
