Summary

This study is for people with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer. It tests if adding local treatments like surgery or radiation to a two-drug immunotherapy regimen helps patients live longer than immunotherapy alone. The trial enrolled 339 patients who had not progressed after an initial 12 weeks of immunotherapy to see which approach is better.
