Summary
This study aims to understand how lung cancer cells survive during the first weeks of targeted drug therapy. Researchers will take tumor samples and blood from 100 adults with specific genetic mutations before and after starting treatment. By comparing these samples, they hope to identify early survival mechanisms that could be targeted with future drug combinations to improve outcomes.
