New support program aims to ease lung cancer patients' transition to survivorship

Summary
This study tests a new support program for adults with lung cancer or mesothelioma who have finished treatment. The goal is to help them improve their quality of life as they move from active treatment to regular check-ups. About 21 participants will try the program to see if it is practical and helpful.
