Summary

This study tests whether a few counseling sessions can improve quality of life for adults who have just finished lung cancer treatment with the goal of cure. One group gets five sessions focused on coping skills and social support; the other gets one session with referrals. Researchers will track changes in quality of life, fear of cancer returning, and symptoms over time.
