Summary

This study is testing a comprehensive prevention program for long-term smokers aged 55-75. The program combines low-dose aspirin, a quit-smoking medication, a Mediterranean-style diet, and increased physical activity, along with annual lung scans. The goal is to see if this multi-pronged approach can reduce chronic inflammation and lower the risk of developing lung cancer.
