Summary
This study created a regional database to track 518 non-small cell lung cancer patients who had specific genetic mutations detected through a central testing lab in Lille. Researchers collected detailed medical information to understand how different mutations affect patients' treatment responses and survival. The goal was to gather better quality data to help guide future treatment approaches for lung cancer patients with these genetic changes.
