Scientists test Four-Drug cocktail in fight against tough lung cancer

NCT ID NCT04837716

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a combination of four drugs for people with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (ALK-positive). The main goals are to find the safest dose of the new drug, ensartinib, when given with three other cancer drugs, and to see what side effects occur. Researchers hope this combination will help control the cancer's growth in patients whose disease has spread or come back.
