First seen Mar 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a four-week program of back-stabilizing exercises can improve quality of life, balance, and movement control in healthy adults who sit for long periods. Forty sedentary adults will be split into two groups: one doing the exercises, the other receiving standard ergonomic advice. Researchers will measure changes using questionnaires and movement tests before and after the program.
