Summary

This study looks at whether giving lower doses of radiation to a smaller area after robotic surgery can still prevent HPV-related throat cancer from coming back. About 150 adults with early-stage cancer will receive this gentler treatment. The goal is to maintain cancer control while reducing side effects.
