Summary
This trial compares using a lower gas pressure (8 mmHg) with the AirSeal device versus standard pressure (15 mmHg) during robotic weight-loss surgery. The goal is to see if lower pressure helps patients feel less pain and leave the recovery room sooner. Adults aged 18 and older having robotic sleeve gastrectomy or gastric bypass are eligible.
