Summary

This study tests whether low-intensity focused ultrasound (LIFU) can safely reduce pain, cravings, and anxiety in adults with chronic back pain, opioid use disorder, and anxiety. About 25 participants will receive the ultrasound and be monitored for side effects and changes in mood, heart rate, and blood pressure. The goal is to see if this non-invasive brain stimulation can help people with multiple overlapping conditions.
