Summary

This study looks at whether low-impact group exercise classes can help reduce pain in people with knee, hip, or ankle osteoarthritis. Participants will attend exercise classes three times a week for six months, along with standard diet and behavioral health support. The study will track pain scores and body mass index (BMI) to see if the program makes a difference. It is open to adults 18 and older who can commit to the schedule.
