NCT ID NCT07501520
First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a low-histamine version of the Mediterranean diet can help people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS) feel better. Fifty-one adults were split into three groups: one followed the low-histamine diet, another followed a standard Mediterranean diet, and a third made no diet changes. Researchers measured fatigue, disability, and other symptoms to see if the low-histamine diet offered extra benefits.
