Summary

This study is testing whether the order people follow two popular diets affects how much body fat they lose. Overweight adults will try both a low-fat diet and a low-carb diet for 4 weeks each, with the order randomly assigned. Researchers will deliver all meals to participants' homes and measure changes in body fat and weight to see if starting with one diet leads to better results.
