Summary

This study aims to learn if following a specific low-fat diet for one month changes reproductive hormone levels in women with obesity. It involves 30 women who will track their menstrual cycles and provide urine and blood samples over about four months. The goal is to gather information, not to treat infertility or directly improve pregnancy chances.
