Summary

This study tests whether adding high-dose omega-3 fatty acids to low-dose tamoxifen can lower breast cancer risk more than tamoxifen alone. It includes 66 overweight or obese postmenopausal women at increased risk for breast cancer. The goal is to see if the combination improves certain blood markers linked to cancer risk.
